We got a little bit closer to Santa this year! She was still pretty scared of him, (Notice the lean!) but we were able to negotiate sitting on the arm next to him while Mom was in hugging distance. Dad was behind the elf behind the camera doing silly things in order to turn her look of terror into a pseudo-smile!
